I want to share something with you that helped me understand why success feels slow for years… then suddenly speeds up like crazy.

There’s a line in Think & Grow Rich that always stuck with me…

“When riches begin to come, they come so quickly and in such abundance that one wonders where they were hiding during all those lean years.”

Dan Kennedy dug into that idea and interviewed people who had that “overnight” momentum everyone talks about.

Turns out… it’s never overnight.

He found seven steps that cause things to click into place… fast.

And what’s wild is how perfectly these steps line up with the hub-based business model we’re all building here.

Let me break them down for you, in simple builder language.

1. Commit to Speed

Most people fail because they move slow. They’re always “getting ready.”

But momentum rewards people who take imperfect action.

Inside a hub system, speed becomes naturally… because the tech is simple, and the pieces already fit together.

2. Create an Extreme Market Advantage

Anyone can copy your content.

Nobody can copy your ecosystem.

The moment you build a brand you own… with your community, your offers, your world… you stop competing.

That’s your advantage.

3. Find Hidden Opportunities

When your business is scattered across 10 different tools, you can’t see anything.

But once everything lives in one place, the blind spots disappear.

You start noticing gaps, ideas, revenue opportunities, and leverage points you couldn’t see before.

4. Implement Systems

Posting every day isn’t a business.

A business is something that runs even on the days you can’t.

Systems turn effort into results.

Your hub is the system that holds everything together.

5. Use Price Elasticity

Most businesses undercharge because they don’t have a structure that supports real offers.

Once you have a hub, it becomes easy to package value properly… whether it’s a course, membership, or community.

You finally have a place where offers belong.

6. Forge Associations

Success accelerates when you get around the right people.

This is why I built this community.

We grow faster together than any of us would alone… especially in an industry where most people are trying to figure it out in isolation.

7. Adopt the Right Mindset

The mindset shift is simple…

Stop asking “Why won’t this work?”

Start asking “How can I make this work?”

Business owners who make that shift go from overwhelmed and stuck… to resourceful and unstoppable.

Here’s the real lesson…

Success doesn’t “show up.”

You trigger it.

By building one system…

One brand…

One home…

And then stacking consistent action on top of it.

This community exists to help you trigger your own phenomenon.

Not someday… but now.
